In the unlikely event that your stroller or any other Mimi Baby product requires a return due to a manufacturing fault, we are committed to providing a straightforward and efficient process.

Warranty Duration: Your Mimi Baby product is covered by a warranty that starts from the date of purchase and remains in effect for a period of 6 months from this date. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable, and it is a strict requirement that only the original purchaser may submit a warranty claim. Proof of purchase will be necessary to validate the claim.

Warranty Coverage: Our warranty offers coverage for manufacturing faults and workmanship. It is essential to highlight that this warranty does not extend to instances of misuse, gross negligence, normal wear and tear, or improper care or use of the product.

Exceptions: Please be aware that our warranty does not apply to end-of-range or demo products. In these cases, no warranty is provided.
