Every Mimi Baby product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is strolls out of our warehouse. Should your stroller or any other Mimi Baby product need to be returned due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll ensure a simple and speedy process.

 Please contact our Customer Care department on info@mimibaby.co.za and our Customer Care Agent will take you through the return process, ensuring we have the details necessary to make your return process as fast and simple as possible.

Mimi Baby products warranty will start from date of ownership and will last for the period of 1 year from this date. The warranty is not transferable and will only be valid to original owner with proof of purchase.

The Mimi Baby warranty will only cover factory default and workmanship and does not cover any misuse, gross negligence, wear and tear and improper care or use.
