Shipping / Deliveries
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to loads of customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Our Standard shipping option is Door to Door Economy and can typically take from 2- 7 days depending where you live. Here are some guidelines:
2-3 days from leaving our warehouse
3-5 days from leaving our warehouse
4-7 days from leaving our warehouse
If the items are in stock they will be quality checked and packed for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and funds have been received.
Should your Mimi baby product be on pre-order you will see an estimated shipping date when purchasing the product. We will notify by email when the stock is dispatched and sent out for delivery. Should you need more information on pre orders please email us on email@example.com .
- Please remember we deliver Door to door and therefore do not accept any P.O Box addresses.
- Our Courier Company delivers week days from 08h00 – 17h00 Monday to Friday, so please ensure you give us an address where there is someone available to accept your delivery.

This is a door-to-door delivery service using international courier partners.
Your order will need to be processed manually as we will need to provide you with a shipping costs before payment can be made.
Your delivery charge depends on the size and weight of your order and which country we will need to ship to. Delivery times will vary from country to country but we will inform you of the delivery time when you request the shipping costs.
If you live in Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho or Swaziland you will only have to pay the VAT applicable in your country and this will be for your account and remain the responsibility of the customer. We have also made things even easier for you by letting our courier partner take on the task of clearing your goods at the border and will get in touch with you to let you know how much you owe. Once you have paid this amount, usually via EFT, they will be able to deliver the goods to your door.
