Warranty timing
If your baby has been born, provide their date of birth. If not, you can register now and send it to us after birth so we can record the start of your two-year Mimi Baby manufacturer warranty.
Registration does not activate the warranty automatically. Mimi Baby verifies the details submitted and confirms activation separately, and you will receive a registration reference once your registration is created.
The two-year Mimi Baby manufacturer warranty runs for two years from the later of the verified baby date of birth and the product delivery date. Product registration does not replace your proof of purchase.
This manufacturer warranty is additional to, and does not limit, any rights available under the South African Consumer Protection Act from the date the product is delivered.
