Mimi Baby aims to offer reliable and efficient delivery options for our customers. We work with trusted courier partners to help ensure your order reaches you safely.
Shipping within South Africa
We offer standard door-to-door economy delivery across South Africa.
Estimated delivery times from the date your order leaves our warehouse:
- Main centres: 2 to 3 business days
- Regional areas: 3 to 5 business days
- Remote areas: 4 to 7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, public holidays or regional access limitations.
Order processing
If your items are in stock, they are quality checked and packed for dispatch after payment has been received.
In-stock orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Pre-orders
If a Mimi Baby product is available on pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be shown at the time of purchase.
Once stock arrives and your order is ready for dispatch, you will be notified by email.

Delivery requirements
Please note the following:
- We deliver door-to-door.
- We do not deliver to post office box addresses.
- Deliveries take place on weekdays only.
- Delivery hours are typically between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
- Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.
Failed delivery attempts may result in delays and/or additional courier charges.

If you require expedited delivery, please contact us at hello@mimibaby.co.za before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering.
We can check available options and provide a quotation where expedited delivery is available.
International deliveries
Mimi Baby currently delivers to the following neighbouring countries:
- Botswana
- Namibia
- Lesotho
- Eswatini
International deliveries are fulfilled via door-to-door courier services using trusted courier partners.
International order process
International orders are processed manually.
Before payment, we will provide a shipping quote based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated with your shipping quote.
Duties and taxes for international orders
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees or value-added tax required by the destination country.
Our courier partner will manage customs clearance and will contact you directly with the amount payable where applicable.
Delivery will be completed once these charges have been settled.
