Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Mimi Baby. We understand that sometimes an order may not work out, and we are here to help with a clear returns and refunds process.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
This 14-day return window applies to standard returns where the item is unused and suitable for resale. Faulty, damaged or safety-related concerns must be handled through the warranty or product support process.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene, safety and product quality reasons, items that show signs of use, assembly, damage, missing packaging or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
Please contact Mimi Baby before sending any item back. Returns that have not been arranged with our team may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received, it will be inspected to confirm whether it meets the return conditions and is suitable for resale.
You will be notified once the inspection is complete and informed whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise confirmed by Mimi Baby in writing.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved and Mimi Baby has arranged or paid for return shipping, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mimi Baby is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Exchanges
Mimi Baby does not offer direct exchanges at this time.
This allows us to process returns and refunds clearly and helps ensure that all returned items meet our quality and safety standards before being made available for resale.
If you would like a different item, colour or model, please return the original purchase in line with this Returns Policy and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Faulty or damaged items
If you believe your item is faulty or was damaged on arrival, please do not return it using the standard returns process.
Please refer to our Warranty Policy for information on how to submit a warranty claim and receive assistance. This helps ensure your concern is reviewed correctly and handled through the right support process.
If the concern relates to AVARO, the ISOFIX base, stroller frame, wheel, brake, harness, locking mechanism or another safety-sensitive component, please stop using the product and contact Mimi Baby before further use.
How to request a return

- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Your full name and contact details
- The product name and colour
- The reason for the return request
- Clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant
